Drew Gitomer
Primary Investigator
Drew is a member of the faculty in the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University and is the PI for the URE Repository. His research has focused on the assessment and evaluation of teaching, policy-related issues in teaching, and teacher education. He is co-author of Studying the Use of Research Evidence: A Review of Methods.

Kevin Crouse
Co-PI
Kevin works as the Data Engineer for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and previously was the Director of Data Governance with the School District of Philadelphia. He is the co-PI for the URE Repository and a doctoral student at Rutgers Graduate School of Education, studying how practitioners use data and research evidence. He is co-author of Studying the Use of Research Evidence: A Review of Methods.

Meged Eisenberg
Lead Developer
Meged is Research Associate for the URE Repository. He is a student in The College of New Jersey’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Meged has experience researching social and cognitive psychology, consciousness, and the impacts of alcohol abuse.

Colleen McDermott
Administrator
Colleen provides administrative, logistical, and editing support for the URE Repository. In addition, she provides support for a broad range of research projects.

Lauren Kim
Assistant Developer
Lauren is a Research Assistant for the URE Repository. She assists in the development of initial seed protocols for the Repository and performs other supporting tasks for the project. Lauren is currently in the Rutgers Graduate School of Education’s 5-year master’s program for K-12 English education.

Nikki Dreste
Research Associate
Nikki is a Research Associate for the URE Repository. She assists in the development and housing of protocols in the Repository, as well as other supporting tasks for the project. She has a background in teaching and research in writing studies with a focus in writing process theory.
